- Sync [1..1] The Sync verb is used when the owner of the data is passing or publishing that information or change in information to other software components. This is to be used when the receiver of the SyncBOD does not own the data. This verb is commonly used when mass changes are necessary or when a publish and subscribe mechanism is used in the integration architecture.The purposes of this verb include application integrity and ease of data entry for the business user by enabling a single point of input.
- ItemMaster [1..*] Represents any unique purchased part or manufactured product. Item, as used here, refers to the basic information about an item, including its attributes, cost, and locations. It does not include item quantities. Compare to the noun BalanceInventory, which includes all quantities and other location-specific information. ItemMaster is used as the Item Master. The ItemMaster provides details about an Item in many domains of an enterprise. Each domain or functional area are interested in different views of the Item. The ItemMaster provides information to the following partial list of functional areas: Manufacturing, Order Management along with the Catalog view, Logistics, Engineering along with the EngineeringDocument, CRM, and Financials.
