      'inverseFunctional' attribute of DataPropertyAxiomType is set 
      to 'false' by default  (and may be changed to 'true' as needed) 
      for OWL Full. 
      The attribute value is fixed as 'false' for OWL Lite and LD 
      in "owl1-lite-dataPropInverseFuncAttr.xsd".
