SyncProductionSchedule

The purpose of the SyncProductionSchedule is to synchronize the information known about ProductionSchedules between systems. The SyncProductionSchedule MUST be generated from the system that own the ProductionSchedule and sent to systems that count on the sending system to maintain the ProductionSchedule information.
