ProcessCurrencyExchangeRate

The purpose of the ProcessCurrencyExchangeRate is to enable an application to request specific CurrencyExchangeRate information from another business application module.  The response to the ProcessCurrencyExchangeRate is the ShowCurrencyExchangeRate.
