ChangeEmployeeWorkSchedule

The purpose of the ChangeEmployeeWorkSchedule is to enable an application to request specific EmployeeWorkSchedule information from another business application module.  The response to the ChangeEmployeeWorkSchedule is the AcknowledgeEmployeeWorkSchedule.
