ChangeAcknowledgePartyMaster

The purpose of the ChangeAcknowledgePartyMaster is to facilitate keeping party information ChangeAcknowledgehronized that exists on separate data bases.  The ChangeAcknowledgePartyMaster allows the adding of new party and the modification of previously established PartyMaster.
