Description
The fn:static-base-uri function returns the base URI of the static context. This may have been set by the processor outside the scope of the query, or it may have been declared in the query prolog.
The base URI of the static context is used for constructed elements, and for resolving relative URIs when no other base URI is available. It is not the same as the base URI of any given element or document node.
