  2. cbc:CopyIndicator [0..1]    Indicates whether the referenced document is a copy (true) or the original (false).
  3. cbc:UUID [0..1]    A universally unique identifier for an instance of this ABIE.
  4. cbc:IssueDate [0..1]    The date, assigned by the sender of the referenced document, on which the referenced document was issued.
  5. cbc:DocumentTypeCode [0..1]    The document type, expressed as a code.
  6. cbc:DocumentType [0..1]    The document type, expressed as text.
