NotifyInvoiceLedgerEntry

The purpose of the NotifyInvoiceLedgerEntry is to enable an application to request specific InvoiceLedgerEntry information from another business application module.  The response to the NotifyInvoiceLedgerEntry is the ShowInvoiceLedgerEntry.
