GetInvoiceLedgerEntry

The purpose of the GetInvoiceLedgerEntry is to enable an application to request specific InvoiceLedgerEntry information from another business application module.  The response to the GetInvoiceLedgerEntry is the ShowInvoiceLedgerEntry.
