ChangeAcknowledgeCustomerPartyMaster

The purpose of the ChangeAcknowledgeCustomerPartyMaster is to facilitate keeping party information ChangeAcknowledgehronized that exists on separate data bases.  The ChangeAcknowledgeCustomerPartyMaster allows the adding of new party and the modification of previously established CustomerPartyMaster.
