CancelCustomerPartyMaster

The purpose of the CancelCustomerPartyMaster is to facilitate keeping party information synchronized that exists on separate data bases.  The CancelCustomerPartyMaster allows the adding of new party and the modification of previously established CustomerPartyMaster.
