- fs:FatherUnknownText [0..*] A statement as to whether or not the father is unknown.
- nc:RoleOfPersonReference [0..*] A person of whom the role object is a function.
- fs:CustodyStatusText [0..*] Who has custody of the child, e.g. TMC Department or JTMC Dept and Parent.
- fs:PlacementChangeReasonText [0..*] Text describing what the reason was for the placement change, e.g. reunification, level of care lowered.
- fs:PlacementText [0..*] Where the child was placed, e.g. Parents, foster case, respite care.
