  1. gml:metaDataProperty [0..*]    Contains or refers to a metadata package that contains metadata properties.
  2. gml:parameterName [1..1]    The name by which this operation parameter is identified.
  3. gml:minimumOccurs [0..1]    The minimum number of times that values for this parameter group or parameter are required. If this attribute is omitted, the minimum number is one.
